Unit 5

We need to practice our psychospiritual body to remain and continue to grow our minds.  This is also true for athletes, musicians or any other thing that you need to build on your skills.  This is also true for our mind.  We begin to develop this when we are in utero.  This process does not stop at all during our lives.  Our minds are constantly changing and growing with the knowledge that we learn on a daily basis.

I didn't feel that either exercise that we needed to listen to on the CD really helped.  The pauses within the exercise were distracting and the I found my mind wandering on both exercises.  I guess I feel that the soothing voice and talking needed to be constant or I could not place the background noise in my house aside to really focus on the exercise.

  1. I had a hard time focusing but I enjoyed this exercise much more. I wouldn't mind if the soothing voice and talking were constant so I wouldn't get startled when I hear the voice after a long pause. That can be a bit of a distraction.
